Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains what personal data PropIQ collects, how we use it, and the rights you have. It is written to align with the EU/UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (APPs) and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, role, agency.
• Portfolio data: properties, valuations, scenarios you create.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device/browser metadata.
• Billing data: handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To provide the Service (legitimate interest / contract).
• To run scoring, projections and AI analyses on your portfolio (contract).
• To send transactional emails (contract) and, with consent, product updates.
• To comply with tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations (legal obligation).

Sub-processors

• Supabase — database & auth hosting.
• Paddle — payment processing & tax compliance (Merchant of Record).
• Google Maps / Places — address autocomplete (only the text you type).
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI generation for briefings and playbooks (anonymised prompts where possible).

International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country (e.g. EU, US, AU). We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Retention

Account & portfolio data is retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion. Billing records are retained for the period required by law (typically 7–10 years for tax compliance).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, and object to processing. Contact privacy@propiq.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (e.g. OAIC in Australia, ICO in the UK, the UAE Data Office).

Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and a small number of first-party analytics cookies. We do not sell personal data.
