These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PropIQ platform ("Service"), including the PropIQ Capital premium add-on. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these Terms.
PropIQ provides analytical software for real-estate market intelligence and portfolio decision-support across the Australian and United Arab Emirates markets. Outputs include scenario projections, valuation estimates and recommended actions generated by statistical and AI models.
PropIQ is not a licensed financial adviser, mortgage broker, tax adviser, valuer or real-estate agent. All projections, scores, valuations and recommendations are informational only and must not be relied on as financial, investment, tax, legal or valuation advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you take and should consult appropriately licensed professionals (e.g. ASIC-authorised advisers in Australia or SCA/CBUAE-regulated advisers in the UAE) before acting.
PropIQ Capital is sold as a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller of our subscriptions. Paddle is responsible for collecting payment, calculating and remitting applicable VAT, GST or sales tax, issuing tax invoices, and managing chargeback and refund processing under its own Buyer Terms.
Prices are shown tax-inclusive in USD. Final tax amounts depend on your billing country and are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price until you cancel.
See our Refund Policy. You also retain any statutory consumer rights, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal and Australian Consumer Law guarantees where they apply.
You must not resell, scrape, reverse-engineer or use PropIQ outputs to build a competing product. You must not upload personal data of third parties without a lawful basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropIQ's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
